We love children to be involved with imaginz, through our website and social networking. After we have received a request from you or your child (14 years and younger), we will send you an email asking for your consent for your child to register with us.

All forum messages and blog posts go through an approval process as well, that includes pre and post moderation.

If you have any concerns or questions please send us an e mails on parents@imaginz.co.nz and we will reply as soon as possible.

Use of Images

Images submitted to imaginz may be published on the website for marketing purposes. Submission of images to imaginz acknowledges that they may be used for this purpose. All images will go through an approval process. If you have any concerns over the images please contact us.

Pricing

The pricing of your imaginz order is determined by the country to which you are shipping. All prices are subject to change without notification.

New Zealand
All products are priced in New Zealand dollars (NZD) on our website and are inclusive of GST.

We regret we are unable to ship to the following destinations:

Chatham Islands, Stewart Island

Destinations beyond New Zealand
Freight is not included in the price of shipments outside New Zealand. Please forward a request to imaginz with delivery destination to enable us to quote you a price including freight.

Items in your order may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (“Import Fees”). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible and for all taxes, duties and import fees.

Spare part orders

Note that all spare parts orders are subject to a minimum order value of $100 plus postage and packaging applicable to that region.

All prices that are displayed on the website are subject to change and amendments without prior notice.

Shopping security

If you access other imaginz services via a user name and password it is important you choose a password which is hard to guess and protect your password against disclosure.

Processing of personal data will take place in accordance with applicable legislation and best practices concerning data security.

Credit card information is directed to an approved and certified service provider and will not be stored for longer than it takes to process the data.  

Payment method

We accept Visa, MasterCard credit and debit cards. You can shop with confidence from imaginz.co.nz, knowing that transactions are protected by the highest level of security via SSL security.

The card used for payment must be registered to the billing address in the order. The delivery address can be different from the billing address.

Typographical Errors

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product or service listed at the incorrect price. Jakaar Industries Limited has the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been changed for the purchase and your order is canceled, we will issue a credit or solve the problem in the way most suitable for you and our Company.

Return Policy
We believe our products are manufactured to the highest standard. If for any reason you are unhappy with the service or product please contact us.

All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of the order and must be accompanied by a return authorisation number. This number can be obtained by either contacting us by email or calling our customers service during normal working hours.

Shipping and Handling
Items in stock will be shipped the next working day. Please allow 3–5 days for delivery.

An order confirmation will be sent to you along with shipping details.

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with an order, please contact our customer service team.

Delivery and service delays
Shipment dates are estimates in accordance with our carriers. If you live in an area experiencing an unexpected service delay (i.e. severe weather, natural disaster), please note there may be additional shipping time to receive your order.
